Pam was excellent, she was very helpful when I called to confirm delivery of the flowers and was so helpful in advising which flowers were most suitable, the promised delivery time was spot on and the recipient was delighted, excellent service..

I called Pamela to arrange flowers for a family funeral that unfortunately I could not make. She kindly made sure that the flowers were delivered on the Sunday evening. I was so very grateful for her kindness and the flowers were beautiful.
